Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to:
- ●A replacement or refund for major failures
- ●Compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
30 Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their GLIDECASE™.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- ●Be unused or in like-new condition
- ●Be returned in original packaging
- ●Include all accessories and components
Products showing signs of riding or extended use may not qualify for change of mind returns.
Inspection
All returns are inspected before refunds are issued.
Return Authorisation
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Change of Mind Returns
- ●Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- ●A 10 percent restocking fee may apply
- ●Refunds are processed after inspection
Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Photo or video evidence may be required.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Allow 5 to 10 business days depending on your provider.
